OneBlood UK - for donor owners

Everything you need to register your dog or cat as a blood donor.

How this page works

  1. Start with the registration formsIf your dog or cat has never given blood with us, begin at the top of the page and work down. You do not need an account and you do not need to be on any list.
  2. Verify your e-mailThe form asks for your e-mail address and sends a six-digit code to it. Type the code and the form opens. This is how we know the authorisation is really yours.
  3. Keep a copyWhen you submit, you are signing. Save or print the confirmation - it is your record as much as it is ours.
  4. After a donationIf your animal was unwell during or after giving blood, use the Post-Donation Reaction form. It reaches the clinical team, and it matters even if it seemed minor.

If a form will not let you in, it means the e-mail address is not on our list, or you typed a different one. Contact OneBlood UK and we will check it - do not keep asking for codes.
